UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCH ASSISTANTS

Each semester the lab includes a talented group of undergraduate research assistants. If you would like to gain research experience or learn more about intergroup relations (prejudice and discrimination, diversity and inclusion, intergroup relations), consider becoming a research assistant in our lab. You would sign up for PSY 390 for three credits, which translates to no more than 9 hours per week in the lab. Typical research assistant responsibilities include: attending and participating in weekly research group meetings, recruiting participants and collecting data, and data coding. Research assistants receive comprehensive training for their lab duties.

To apply, please download this application and email it to enoland@purdue.edu when completed.

Please note: Preference given to students who have taken PSY 240 (Social Psychology), PSY 201 (Statistics) and PSY 203 (Research Methods), and who have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

GRADUATE STUDENTS

Dr. Monteith will be reviewing graduate applications for Fall 2022 and hopes to admit a student.
